A £25 non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

To ensure fair access to appointments and to protect the time reserved for each client, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you are unwell or unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the most appropriate option for your booking.

I reserve the right to:

• Cancel a session by giving 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancel a session without notice in the case of illness or the room being unsuitable for use.
• Cancel a session without notice if the client is intoxicated or suffering from a contagious illness.
• Decline to treat any client either prior to or during treatment.
